Description

O’boy –Handheld Entertainment DeviceO´boy is a chocolate drink made by mixing chocolate powder with milk. Everybody loves it in Sweden.The purpose of the campaign was to strengthen the brand and to increase the consumption frequency among kids age 10-14 years old. The understanding of the target groups favourite activity online and offline lead us to the idea of creating an entertainment device, where you could play games and compete, change skins, see the new TV commercials and more. During the campaign we added a new game, competition and skins every third week, so that it always felt new and cool. The games in the device had the same theme as in the TV commercials, but with a little bit more edge. The goal was to do something that was more of an entertainment gadget for kids, than traditional advertising, a fun pastime, that O’boy was the sender of.

The ad was placed on the biggest communities for kids in Sweden (Lunarstorm, Playahead, Skunk)
