Description

Osram has evolved from light bulb manufacturer to a provider of fascinating lighting solutions: this demanded an innovative approach when it came to rewarding their staff.

Execution

Capturing the brand's spirit and central guiding theme "we believe in ideas", we created an iconic typographic symbol that stands for infinite innovation.

Outcome

A 'circle of infinite ideas' award celebrating the innovative thinking of OSRAM employees, translating the 'O' into three dimensions.
