Friends is a non-profit organisation against bullying in schools. A bullied boy carries mean words that children have said to him in school. They become physical and he carries the heavy burden home from school every day. One day on his way home from school he holds his head higher and his steps are less heavy. Once at his desk at home, he brushes away the mean words from the desk and replaces them with a word he received earlier that day in school. The word is "Hello".
