Execution

Every year lots of clothes are bought and thrown out, with Japan being a country with one of the lowest recycling rates of clothes in the world. Love the natural world? We believe that to respect one’s clothes is to respect the environment itself.

How about wearing a piece of clothes as long as possible, by restoring it for yourself or handing it over to your friends?

Let’s spread the culture of “REWEARING”.

Our creative solution is PANDA BLACK is a project to reincarnation your clothes by dyeing black that’s no longer wearing.

Outcome

Today, over 500 people tried to blacken the clothes.

In addition, one of the major laundry chains decided to introduce this project.

This project has been interviewed by TV and News Paper.

Rather than removing the dirt, we dye and reincarnate the clothes.

We invented a new laundry model.

This project started with 30-thousand yen budget (3thousand dollar).

This small service will become bigger and bigger.
