A beautiful model with thick long hair was planted among the crowd as a dummy shopper. The only difference was that on her head were two human hands that gave her a massage and relaxed her as she went about window shopping or her daily chores. To compliment the idea of the human hands’ action, a message was printed on the back of the t-shirt which read, “Want your own personal hair massage?’ along with the brand logo of the Parachute Massager.
Outcome
With a low budget of $ 50,000, the event was carried across malls and cafe outlets across the cities. After the product launch, people could easily remember and associate themselves with the product and a huge number of footfalls were generated within a few weeks.
