Description
The goal was to mobilise the target group - clients from the defacto.group - to participate in a party event. To generate lots of attention and to assure a high impact right before Christmas. The invitation mailing had to be stand out and be different from the normal "Christmas-stuff".
Execution
The core idea emerged out of the basic concept of the party location - an African styled lodge with an appropriate decoration. A member of the agency who is well known among the target group, dressed up as a African voodoo priest and invited clients for an extraordinary get-together. Within a wooden box all necessary equipment for this outstanding event was delivered.
Outcome
The location was overbooked and the mailing itself resulted to have a lasting effect on some of the recipients.
