By choosing the right media, we could demonstrate the benefits of the new treatment. So by covering our posters with sticky notes, we mimicked the painful action of waxing when these were peeled off. The client’s contact details were printed on the front and hair was printed on the back, creating empathy with our target group.
Outcome
While the sticky notes reminded our target audience of the pain involved with waxing, they quickly realised the benefit of a less painful, cost effective treatment. As a result, the call centre received a substantial increase in enquiries regarding the new treatment.
