Description
The Contact tool was designed to improve the relationship between Account Managers and their Breadth Accounts. This improvement comes in the form of email communcation targeted/personalised to the customer direct from the Account Manager. Behind the scenes there are various sources and procedures in place to ensure content is entered for the system. Target email content includes industry content, product (newsletter) c0ontent and Microsoft event information. All customer contacts are extracted and fed from Siebel. This tool allows account managers to engage in regular personal communication with all of their accoutns via email with relevant, targeted and personalised email. Relevant contact is colalted by the tool from a variety of sources throughout Microsoft.
