Excuses.Fact: people would much rather be driving a new car than performing some mundane, everyday task.This letter gave them – quite literally - an excuse to take a test drive.
Outcome
A humorous and informative piece - despite the obvious and severe restrictions of the medium.Peugeot dealers do not track results of their test drive mailings, although usage of the letter is high.
