Having made a hash of his niece's hair, uncle blames result on an incompetent hairdresser. Through Yellow Pages he finds a hairdresser willing to help him out. Uncle pretends to shout at hairdresser while actually begging for help. From her position outside the shop, mother belives he is haranguing useless employee.
