Description
Uruguayans usually get together and eat grill hamburgers, and when we do, we take a lot of pictures. That’s why, in order to highlight our practical attribute we designed a new product: The selfie-fork. It’ s the combination between a grill fork to turn over hamburgers, and a selfiestick to take pictures. We made 50 selfie-forks and invited our fans to win them.
Execution
In the creation of the Selfie-fork we focused on generating something actually useful to the winners. After two months of prototypes we came up with the best combination of items. We were very careful with the electrical parts, so that in the welding moment the Bluetooth worked perfectly well
Outcome
A week after posting the Selfie-fork in our Facebook Fanpage our fans doubled. The shared posts increased by a 170%. The Selfie-fork was mentioned in the most important cooking shows transmitted in Uruguay, getting special attention by its design.
