Description

In order to increase bookings on their Premium Economy Class, Virgin Atlantic needed to speak to the Travel Agents directly, informing them of the benefits of flying with Virgin Premium Economy and familiarising them with all the perks.

Execution

We created the gift box "warm up your click finger"; to get travel agents' fingers warmed up, because they'll be making more bookings on Premium Economy after seeing all the benefits.

Inside the box were 5 real "finger sweatbands" to use during exercise. We also included a booklet containing various, finger exercises, all of the benefits of Premium Economy and photographs of the Premium Economy cabin.There was also a tub of hand cream so travel agents could "Pamper their click finger" after exercise.

Outcome

The fun gift got Travel Agents talking about the benefits of Premium Economy and increased awareness within the industry. This gave Travel Agents the confidence to recommend Premium Economy to their clients.
