Description
We looked for a concept that was in keeping with the content of the event: "growth." This was visualised using "a tin of yeast" and a title to enhance it, "the fundamental ingredient for achieving success."All the text on the tin was aimed at strengthening the idea of belonging to an important company that was capable of achieving important objectives.Inside the tin was the incentive (a cup) together with a card thanking the staff for their efforts and efficacy.
Outcome
100% attendance at the event. We succeeded in creating the elements of surprise, empathy and team spirit that we wished to achieve with this action.
