Description
Title: The most attractive offshore center of South America.Uruguay is a little country in South America conformed mainly by a population which descends from European inmigrants. It is famous for having a trustful and peaceful economic and political stability; that's why it is also known as "The Switzerland of America". In that context, Santander Bank asked for an ad-piece to highlight the advantages of the country as an offshore center and also to set Uruguay as to the front of the mind amongst private banking Brazilian investors.
Execution
The package sent included a box with a map of the region and a bag with Brazilian coins. The idea consisted in sticking a magnet under Uruguay, so when the investors dropped the coins in the map they would all be attracted into the country’s surface, communicating how attractive the destiny is for foreign currency.
Outcome
In such an hermetic environment as the personal finance world, the Uruguayan Financial Director’s interest was awaken, and soon they were promoting the Santander Bank offer to their executives as the offshore center for excellence.
