We enabled a telephone number for this campaign and entered it in all subscription internet pages. We just had to wait to be called and “get revenge”. But we had something more powerful: our passion. As it was expected, we received two calls from mobile phone operators and a bank. We recorded the conversations where we deployed the same aggressive sale methods and techniques than them, offering all kind of products sold by Valonga.
Outcome
We took up the stance of the consumers who have to suffer and deal with all kind of advertising blitz and the amount of calls from people interested in productos of Valonga Wines increased by 22%. That is a sales increase of 12% over the previous year and an average earning of 150.000€.
