Description
To publicize the re-launch of the Ambermatic aviators—sunglasses that turn yellow depending on the weather—we created a mobile photo application that lets users see the world through the actual lens.
In a world where everyone tries to mimic a retro look through digital filters, we decided to do it for real.
The app was linked to a live installation. When people snapped a picture with their mobile camera, their photo was literally re-shot through a pair of Ambermatic sunglasses.
