Description
For sure, for an ad agency it is nearly impossible to place job offers at other agencies. Therefore, you have to hide them and sneak them in. For that, we used a medium nobody knows is actually a medium: voice over casting files. Which are normally boring nonsense takes.
Execution
Every copywriter listens to voice over casting, and they need to listen carefully. So we teamed up with Germany's biggest audio production house and they sent our camouflaged job offers together with their normal casting takes. When opened those camouflaged takes started like normal ones, but then started to tell a story and ended with a job offer. So they get it with ears open and brains on.
Outcome
Nearly every copywriter who got our camouflaged casting files responded to them and applications from copywriters went up 11%.
