OVERVIEW

Description

Japanese tourists treat resort hotels as a place only to sleep while visiting sightseeing spots. The Windsor Hotels began introducing the concept of hospitality in the European and American style. All services including the guest room and the restaurant aim for fine quality, and to establish a culture in Japan where the stay itself at the hotel is significant. In this banner, the philosophy of the Windsor hotel is one where it tries to satisfy the hotel guest's sophisticated requests, and this is shown with the door knob sign.

The target group is affluent tourists.
