Description
Royal Mail website re-development www.royalmail.com. The challenge was to take the Consignia based portal and recreate it in line with a new brand identity. We took the opportunity presented by the creation of a new content management system to develop new information architecture and content templates. We re-structured the way you find information to make it more accessible, re-designed and re-branded the entire site to make it clear and simple and re-written the content to make sure it is relevant and that it fits with the new brand tone of voice which is straight, personal and bold. The site works on a task-based navigation system and communities of interest. There is a dedicated customer service area to increase self-service and reduce call centre traffic. Key tools are now more accessible and easy to use.
