Execution

The creative solution was a simple one. Instead of relying on the typical in-store promotional posters that usually hang unnoticed, we created giant envelopes that looked like enormous 4gb Sandisk flash cards. These massive envelopes were then handed directly to customers arriving to collect their photo orders from the photo-kiosk. Inside were both their newly developed photos and a rather noticeable amount of space for a lot more pictures. Our message was printed on the flap: “Space for 4000 photos” together with a visual of the flash card itself, actual size this time.

Outcome

The sheer size of the giant envelopes not only drew massive attention to the product in-store, they transformed customers into our very own walking billboards, promoting CNA’s digital photo offering and, of course, the Sandisk 4gb flash card, both within the shopping malls and throughout their parking lots. For the first time, people had a reason to talk about CNA, its photo processing service and the flash cards they had on offer.
