This video highlights true stories about individuals who made a random act of kindness to complete strangers and the positive impact it had on both parties. As part of a larger campaign which encourages everyone to share a little kindness, the film hopes to inspire recipients of your kindness to pass it on. The purpose of the film is to help spread a little contagious positive social change by shining a light on the wellness benefits. It reduces stress, boosts our immune systems, lessens negative emotions like anxiety, and fuels emotional well-being, even for those who simply observe the kindness being shared.
