Description
We created the service tool named – “The Shopping Assistant”. It is a fashionable project that has unique program with opportunity of “Virtual Fitting Room” that helps to offer complete looks to the customers according to their request. This project makes shopping more comfortable, effective and useful; helps to analyze the assortment in stores and to find the individual style for a special figure type with the varieties of images for every customer.
Execution
All the goods assortment from stores partners was presented in this program. The clothes pictures with the size, color varieties, prices and availability in the stores were taken and downloaded in this program. You put the data of a person size into the virtual model and it is changed correspondently. Besides the virtual models were both for adults and for the children and it was possible to try any amount of clothes making different combinations and creating the necessary looks. The professional stylists were helping to the customers to create images on the screen absolutely free. All these services allowed to put shopping in “MEGA Adygea-Kuban” on the new high professional level.
Outcome
Goal 1. 15% of target audience used that service. The results – 27%; Goal 2. Increase in sales of tenants on 10%. Result: sales increased for 15%; Goal 3. Increase of average check in 1.5 times (+50%). Result: average check increased in 2.5 times (+152%); 93% participants of this project liked that service and would like to have it constantly (measured by questionnaire survey of all participants).
