Buy One Get One Tree was Innocent’s on-pack promotion designed to drive sales and customer loyalty by funding the planting of 100,000 trees in rural Africa and India. We were commissioned to produce the microsite, which became the ‘home’ of tree planting. The site displayed a growing virtual forest, with messages attached to the trees for users’ friends to find. It promoted the innocent community and offered widgets users could upload to their blogs/websites. Widgets were created with dynamic functionality displaying the number of trees the user planted and the name of the last person to plant a tree.
