Description
Social media is an important component of agency communication, which lives by the authenticity of its employees. denkwerk’s employees include not only web professionals and social media enthusiasts, but also newcomers and young digital specialists. They are multinational and have very different backgrounds. To meet the demands of modern online communication, and to ensure that employees behave appropriately in the social web, we wanted to establish fundamental social media guidelines.
Execution
An amusing video that is worth seeing draws attention to the rather dry subject. The warm-hearted high-quality production arouses interest and also shows the employees how important this subject is for denkwerk. Among other things, the video deals with behavior among employees as well as with trolls, the communication of corporate affiliation and of sensitive content.
Outcome
As a result, every employee becomes familiar with the same material within three and a half minutes, and can then use social networks with a clear conscience.
