Background

Audible is an American online audiobook and podcast service that offers Audible audiobooks, podcasts, originals and other forms of spoken word content.

Our mission was to promote their family and kids content with a campaign especially highlighting the unique listening experience and focusing on the fantastic worlds users can dive into when listening to Audible audiobooks, podcasts and originals. We did so by presenting the different genres and igniting the viewers imagination. Because nothing fuels the imagination more than a good story.

Our main goal was to increase brand awareness while highlighting content for families and children by igniting viewers' imaginations.

Execution

Our production successfully navigated ambitious technological integrations and significant creative challenges. In pre-production, we exclusively used generative AI tools to inspire and visualize the worlds, which were then meticulously constructed in Unreal Engine. This foundational work set the stage for the subsequent filming.

The entire shoot took place within an LED volume, employing an innovative approach that allowed for immersive, real-time backgrounds. This LED stage was crucial in enhancing the actors' performances, providing tangible environments for meaningful interaction. Achieving a seamless blend of these advanced visuals with traditional filmmaking techniques required precise coordination to maintain visual continuity and authenticity.

This production pushed the boundaries of digital filmmaking, creating a captivating audio-visual experience that resonated with audiences and authentically represented Audible's brand and their most popular genres.
