Description
Yasuni National Park located in the Ecuadorian Amazon region is considered the most bio diverse in the world. It is also an important oil reserve, that represents 20% of national oil reserves of a country whose economy relies heavily on oil revenue.
The exploitation would indelibly mark on non-renewable natural resources and endanger the survival of the people who live there.
So, asking Ecuador to stop exploiting, is to ask the country to do nothing for its poor economy. So, our creative strategy was based on asking the world to pay Ecuador to DO NOTHING about its oil resources.
A cause that speaks to pay for doing nothing would create high impact, curiosity and action.
From movie stars to environmentalist leaders highly contributed to the cause.
