Description
Documentary. We are introduced to four men, between 40 and 65 years old, talking about their love of street basketball and how they feel they’re seen in a negative light, now that they are older. A super comes up over a portrait of them and a few other older men: “These guys think they still got game. Centrum asked them to prove it.” Their team is taken to Goat Park in Harlem and challenges a team of men in their 20’s to a game. The younger men are surprised. “These are old men,” says one.
A tough street basketball game begins. The younger men pull ahead. The game is a nail-biter, but ultimately, the older men win. They high-five each other. The younger men are surprised they were beaten. “These guys are 56 and they move just like us,” says one. “These guys are still running up and down the court, I’m gasping for air…” says another.
One of the older men smiles and says, “I’ll be here for a while. You can count on that.” Super: “They played four games. And won all four. How’s Your Game?” The Centrum logo comes on.
