Description

We wanted to recruit an experienced art director to our digital team.

To do so, we realized we need to advertise where art directors spend most of their time – Stock photo websites.

We planted dozens of unique images in one of Israel's leading stock photo websites according to top searches, such as "Businessman", "Running", "Computer" and other categories.

We then placed the ads in page 5 and up of each category.

This way, we only reached hard working art directors who don't settle on first page results and dig deeper to find what they really need.

Execution

When working on a campaign, art directors can spend hours on end in stock photo websites, while good art directors dig deep into later pages to find the perfect image.

These are the art directors we wanted to reach – hard working and uncompromising.

By using this unconventional media, not only did we reach the best art directors in the country, but we also showed off our creative capabilities, explaining why we are the number one digital agency in the country and intrigued our target audience.

Outcome

*We advertised in one of Israel's leading stock photo websites, used most of the Israel's advertising agencies.

*We reached dozens of art directors from agencies all over the country without spending a single cent.

*We received 14 CVs from art directors belonging to the top 10 agencies in the country.

*We recruited one of them.

*An additional 43 CVs were received from art directors following the publication of the campaign.
