OVERVIEW

Description

“Swords” encourages parents to lock up their guns by using a humorous example of kids getting into some of mommy’s things. Because we all know that kids are curious and if they find something, they tend to play with it. The message is more important than ever considering 1/3 of all American homes with children have guns, many left unlocked or loaded, and over half of accidental shooting deaths of children occur in the home. By convincing gun owners to use common sense and simply lock up their guns, it would save thousands of young lives every year.

Execution

Evolve’s “Swords” encourages parents to lock up their guns using a humorous example of kids getting into some of mommy’s things. Because we all know that kids are curious and if they find something interesting, they tend to play with it. That’s not such a big deal if all they find is some of mom’s private ‘toys’, although that would be incredibly embarrassing. But if they find an unlocked gun and start playing with it, the results could be deadly.

Outcome

The results have not yet been fully aggregated due to the spot’s recent release.
