Description

The T-ISDN Product Show was integrated in April 2002 into the Shopping area on the T-ISDN theme page of www.telekom.de and serves as an interactive guide through the T-ISDN product range.Users are addressed emotionally and in a playful way on the advantages of a T-ISDN connection. The individual performance features of T-ISDN are brought home to the user via a keyword system, which includes the keywords “availability, convenience, flexibility, mobility, security, transparency, and multimedia”. After selecting a keyword, a spoken question/answer dialogue follows which introduces the user in easily understandable, colloquial language to the subject he or she has chosen, describing in detail the merits of a T-ISDN connection.Objective of the Show:The user is made aware that a T-ISDN connection simplifies daily communication considerably. Information is offered in easily understandable language and uncertainty is reduced significantly, easing user inhibitions regarding technical products and processes. The Show was produced using Macromedia Flash.
