Description
We created a false audit in which employees had to face an unusual kind of auditors: KIDS.
These cute auditors started to dig about their lives and their jobs.
With their help, employees discovered an emotional side of their jobs and a deep connection with Publicar.
We documented the event and shared the video with all the company.
Execution
We hide cameras across the company. Then, we sent to a selected group of employees a citation to an audit. We recorded all of their reactions and the process in which they found the new meaning to what they do everyday in Publicar.
Outcome
Almost 85% of the employees started to talk and share positive thoughts about the company through the intranet of Publicar. The bond with the company grew 68%, which was reflected in increasing sales of the following months. But most important, the connection with Publicar grew.
