By generating an individual session ID for each delivered online banner, the automatically created QR-Codes guaranteed endless, simultaneous personal online test drives.
Using their touchscreen, the user could subject the Mercedes to different road hazards and watch its Intelligent Drive feature in action. We also located the position of the user via local targeting and provided them with the address of the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer in their vicinity. In this way, we inspired them to make an actual test drive and discover the Intelligent Drive feature in real life.
Outcome
In addition to the image building, we were able to greatly increase the number of test drives. We also managed to achieve an interaction time of about 63,7 seconds and click through rate of 2.33% on mobile devices (264% beyond the average of 0.88%). During the insertion period, we generated an increase of 28% increase and a total of 187 test drives.
