We hired the Komatsu stunt team. For our five key prospects they would do something they never tried before: Send them an email. No tricks or effects were used.

How does it work?1) The prospect receives an e-mail from Komatsu. There’s nothing in it but a web link with his company’s name: www.komatsu.eu/thenameoftheprospectscompany .2) When the prospect clicks on the link a movie opens.

3) In this online movie he discovers who typed the e-mail: A big Komatsu construction machine.

4) Pay off ‘Dear Mr. Prospect, if you need extreme precision, just give us a call.’Describe the results in as much detail as possible with particular reference to the RESPONSE of the target audience including deliverability statistics, response rates, click throughs, sales cost per response, relationships built and overall return on investmentAll five key prospects are now good Komatsu clients.
