Background
In Italy, coffee is linked to espresso: a small cup of coffee to be consumed individually in a few sips. Nescafe?, due to its characteristics, is far away from espresso: a long cup of coffee, to be drank slowly. This time can be used to get in touch with others, to start a conversation. Nescafe? wanted to give life to its socializing power. How? Realizing a surprise for the people that live in a large apartment building. The entire fac?ade of the building has been transformed to give people the chance to get in touch with each other.
Description
In large apartment building, hundreds of people live without knowing each other: they do not exchange any words in the elevators, in the landings; they live as perfect strangers, even if just a tiny wall divides their lives. Nescafe? wants to break the barriers that divides people, getting them closer for real and share a moment that can be the sparkle of a real relationship
Execution
On March 19, the entire fac?ade of an apartment building in Milan has been transformed in a living billboard, allowing people that live there to get closer with their neighbors, sharing a special breakfast.
