Execution
First, Sina activated its massive local influencer network, such as @??? with 7.4 million followers across headlines, landing pages, and others. And working, with China Red Cross and China Philantrophy Times, they created offline activities that drove to Weibo.
Together they made the hashtag #D-Strong" China's hottest topic, with 1.2 billion organic impressions.
But more importantly, Sina started the simple act that became the effort's signature signature: Millions of people posted selfies at the Great Wall of China, holding up signs that said "You are famous here Dorian".
