Description
Malaria is one of the most infected epidemics as AIDS and tuberculosis in the world. Every one minute, children in Africa lose their lives due to infection of Malaria and 3 billion people are still facing its danger. However, as Malaria doesn't exist in developed country, they are not interested in Malaria and difficult to advance promotion to eradict Malaria.
Execution
We printed message and mosquito on a sticker and sealed them on to over 100 people in Tokyo and Osaka unrealized like mosquito. After we achieved to seal, we follow them and tell fear of Malaria. Everybody was surprised and scared to know the fact.
It says “As you sealed, children are infected with malaria unrealized. Malaria kills one in a minute. Please support our action.” on the sticker.
This guerrilla promotion became viral video and spread through YouTube, social networks, and PR.
To spread message more, we invited advocates on the web site and distributed stickers to companies and organizations.
Outcome
-Exposed to 64 media
-It's same value as 4200% exposure to promotional cost.
-A number of access to Malaria No More Japan web site duplicate.
