Background
The Rugby World Cup has kicked off in France. From September 8 2023, millions of fans across France celebrate and support their teams. But to ensure that this event remains a celebration for all, it was vital to raise awareness as much as possible of the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol (or drugs) after matches. Victimes & Citoyens (Victims & Citizens) is a NGO close to the french Road Safety organisation, and prevention is one of the main purpose of the organization.
Execution
In this film, two friends are watching a match in a bar. They're laughing, they're happy, they're drinking. At some point, it's time to go home. One wants to take his car. He's not dead drunk, but he's had too much to drink. His buddy has a choice: try to make him take responsibility, at the risk of looking like the slacker on duty, or let
Outcome
In the end, the PR around the campaign were really big.
Obviously, we had marketing PR, french and worldwide, but we also had generalist PR. We gave an interview to Brut, a famous French digital news channel. We have also been broadcasted in the radio channel Europe 1.
