Description

Disney Tower of Terror: drop in if you dare!Disneyland Paris released this interactive banner to promote the launch of its latest attraction, the Tower of Terror. Ready for the big drop.

Execution

A bellhop takes a photo of you in front of the billboard. Within 5 minutes your photo appears on the billboard distorted with the Tower of Terror effect. You are then given a leaflet with the Facebook reference. Your photo is then sent to the Facebook application for you to look at in your own time.

Outcome

A billboard that is interactive, effective,, and involves real people. By using Facebook this interactive feature became long term. The idea goes much further than just a passer-by's experience with a billboard. This is not conventional advertising.This is a cutting edge project using cutting edge technology.
