The 30-second ad shows a couple sitting in the front seat of a parked car. The boy tells his girlfriend that he decided -- after much deliberation -- to give her gonorrhea for Valentine’s Day. The girl is thrilled that he chose the right STD, proclaiming, “I’m a gonorrhea girl!” and that she “can’t wait to show her mom.”
