In the past decade, sexually transmitted diseases in people 50 and older have tripled in the U.S. The perfect storm of erectile dysfunction drugs, the high divorce rate and a post-fertile generation that thinks condoms are simply for not getting pregnant, has skyrocketed the problem. They've now surpassed the teens-and-early-20s crowd as the primary STD health concern nationwide. Maybe it's time their more knowledgeable kids sat them down for a little sex talk.
