We wanted to help people understand that doing their own taxes isn’t as scary as they think with TurboTax. “Closet” is the launch spot for the “There’s nothing to be afraid of” campaign. It features a classic horror movie moment: a terrified person hiding in their closet from the unknown/an intruder. However, when the closet door inevitably flings open, it’s not an intruder or a monster outside, but instead a tiny, knitted teddy bear that dances in delight at finding her, much to the lady’s dismay.
Tiny knitted teddy bears. And taxes. Two things that aren’t as scary as you thought they were.
