This website communicates the philosophy behind VAIO’s “VAIO OWNER MADE” service. On this website, the pleasure of creating your own VAIO machine - to which you feel most attached - is compared to the experience of making Japanese pottery.Creating a pot on the wheel in a Flash animation was a unique and innovative challenge. By providing the functions to finely adjust the quality and texture of the pot and to smash the finished pot, we believe that we have managed to make the user-experience as close to a real pottery-making experience as possible.
