Background
The dream of playing classical music instrument is never easy for visually impaired children. To master their instruments while reading Braille notes is almost impossible. 3 out of 4 visually impaired students would give up and drop out eventually.
Dtac, part of Telenor Group, commited to empowering people with mobile technology. We wanted to give visually impaired children better opportunity to learn classical music instruments.
Execution
The Visible Note application uses Solfege guiding voice system to guide visually impaired users, because it is a single syllable system can indicate every note.
Users can use both voice command and screen touching to open an app, select songs, play, pause, rewind, forward with convenience.
