The goal of this site was to introduce VW fans, auto enthusiasts and prospective buyers to the Touareg – VW’s new award-winning SUV. The site was built to educate visitors about everything Touareg – from how to pronounce its name, to towing capacity. The Touareg is presented in a series of vignettes, in the explore section, illustrating various aspects of the car from design inspiration, to fording depth, to interior styling. Viral marketing and email list opt-ins are also incorporated to keep enthusiasts and prospective buyers in the loop as the car was readied for the American market.
