Description

After the introduction of some first teasing sites concerning the inauguration of the Transparent Factory in Dresden and the introduction of the name of the new luxury car "Phaton" a new platform has been placed on-line with the beginning of the Geneva International Motor Show. In contrast to existing Volkswagen programs, the new luxury class represents itself in a modified showroom concept that is based on new design elements and a multimedial preparation.This presales module is separated in an open section, named "showroom" with an emotional connection to the classic communication and a closed section with the name of "showroom plus". By entering their personal data the users get into the closed section and get detailed and exclusive product information that encourages the interest to buy this luxury car. Furthermore they get additional value by means of high-quality multimedial elements and through personal treatment at the Call Center responsible for the care of the users.ShowroomThe agency was charged with the task of dedicating an internet appearance to the new luxury car.Next to all the car characteristics of the Phaeton, the users get more USPs - for example a complete package about financing and leasing as well as comprehensive mobility services as basic information.In all sections the user gets to know that a more elaborate offer of information and additional values waits for him in the closed area. By delivering the personal data, the interest of the user is channelled into the showroom plus. In the showroom plus, then, the user gets detailed car information presented on the highest medial level.Furthermore, the user will get information about the possibility to order a newsletter containing actual Phaeton information or program updates.Showroom PlusApart from the detailed presentation of the car characteristics, the historical explanation of the car vision as well as its birth place, the Transparent Factory in Dresden, the program contains many mulitmedial additional values such as an update screensaver and video screams emerging from the classic TV campaign. All the users of the Showroom Plus can make use of different dialogue functions. For example by means of a hotline or a call back functionality realised with the help of the exclusive "Customer care center" for the Phaeton, the potential buyer of the Phaeton gets telephone care.
