We launched PayPal's new money transfer service, Xoom, with “World’s Fastest Intern”. The film that imagines that Xoom was invented by Usain Bolt on his first day working at PayPal as an intern. First we see Usain navigating some of the challenges of his new office life – struggling with a printer, requesting paperclips on the phone, being chased for reports. Then comes his big moment – he pitches his idea for a fast international money transfer service to some of his coworkers. Initially, he calls it ‘Bolt Bucks’ before they eventually arrive on the name ‘Xoom’ as a team.
