Spotify’s new Follow feature lets artists and fans get closer than ever before. To help launch this new service, we gave millions of fans the chance to do something only a rare few have ever done: follow Phoenix.
Five days before the Grammy-winning band headlined Coachella, we created an interactive experience on the Internet’s biggest stage: the YouTube homepage.
Here, anyone could follow Phoenix for a full 24 hours. As the day unfolded, more and more pieces of an 18-minute documentary were unlocked, culminating with an exclusive performance of a track from Phoenix’s unreleased album.
