Nokia develops technological solutions that increase the security-mobility-connectivity of businesses and their employees.

We know that purchasing this equipment is the result of a joint decision made by the Business Manager and the Technology Manager in each company.

CampaignDescription

We wanted to create a direct marketing campaign that would in some way bring about a meeting between the business manager and the technology manager of each company to talk about Nokia’s solutions.In each company, the Technology Expert (IT manager) received a personalised cup with the name of the Business Expert (Managing or Financial Director), and vice versa. Thus we achieved the meeting between these two to exchange their cups and engage in a conversation about the solutions that Nokia offered them.

We also carried out a second activity to follow up on the meetings that had not taken place.

Outcome

Percentage of exchange of cups: 93%. Interviews arranged: 64%
