OVERVIEW

BriefExplanation

We see a transgender girl, Juana, who wakes up and begins to tell us about the problems she is having in her work, where they judge her, they do not understand her. Her coworkers look at her in a derogatory way whe she arrives. When she enters a meeting room and everyone who is there looks at her with contempt.

Juana suffers. She thinks, Looks for work online. Until finally we see her discuss with her boss and at that moment her voice tells us that she finally decided to change her job

We see her already in her new job. Happy, walking secure, and tells us how in this new space they have accepted her as it is: UNPUNCTUAL. Or what did you think we were talking about?

EntrySummary

The gender equality subject is installed at a global level, but in Argentina it is especially enhanced by a very particular local conjuncture; including movements like #NiUnaMenos (#nogirlless) against gender violence, National Congress discussion on the legalization of abortion and the fact that the president has mentioned before the Senate the need for a law that attacks salary differences based on gender.
