This lyrical film for Running Bare's A/W18 collection was designed to inspire and empower women and girls to get active. The film was was launched in line with Running Bare's key objective – to explore beauty in strength in those who strive to push beyond their best.

This film is composed of dynamic soundscapes rather than a traditional track to create motion through sound – exploring considered pacing from meditative to densely populated, it aims

to get into the minds and psychology of our talents. A shared, internal and external portrait of the sounds mirroring their consciousness, unconsciousness, and perceptions.

Mixed with subtle sound design to create an immersive experience, sounds of

feet sweeping the floor, breaths, heart beating it creates a world where sport, femininity and pure presence all run together.
